STEM In the Garden: Trees

Come explore trees from roots to seeds! Bring your family to this free hands-on event sponsored by Tacoma Creates. Kids can go on a scavenger hunt in the learning garden to identify a variety of trees, make and fly maple leaf spinners, and examine the root structure of saplings. There are even a few small pussy willow trees you can to take home to plant!

So sign up for this rain or shine event. Parents must be present and come prepared to get a little dirty if you wish to do all activities.
